Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SoftTestLab and its owner(s) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

Indian Law
The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
Privacy Policy for Verbs and Tenses App
This section of our Privacy Policy applies specifically to the mobile application ‘Verbs and Tenses‘, published on Google Play Store and Apple App Store by SoftTestLab.
